POLICIES

To ensure the health and safety of your pet and of our other guests, we require that all of clients comply with the following policies:

Evaluation

All dogs are required to participate in an initial evaluation. During this time your dog will be tested for attitude and basic handling (paws, ears, mouth, and handling of body). All dogs must pass our evaluation to assure that they are people and dog friendly. Please contact us in advance to schedule your 15-20 minute evaluation and facility tour.

Sex

All dogs over the age of 7 months must be neutered or spayed.

Health

Dogs must be current with the following vaccinations before entering the facility. Distemper/Parvo, Rabies, and Bordatella. All dogs must be on a flea and tick preventative.  Upon admission all dogs must be free from any condition that could potentially jeopardize the health and safety of other dogs. Once accepted, please alert staff to any change in your dog’s health that requires medication. If your dog is not feeling well, i.e. vomiting or diarrhea, please do not bring him/her to daycare.

Behavior

Owners will need to certify that their dog(s) have not harmed or shown aggression towards any other dog(s) or person. Dogs that exhibit any aggression or excessive stress will be removed from daycare and placed in a separate play area.

Collars and Leashes

All dogs must enter the facility wearing a collar with a name tag and leash.

Hours

Monday – Friday (daycare and boarding)
Drop off and pick up time: 7:30 am - 6:30 pm
Saturday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm (daycare and boarding)
Sunday (boarding only)
Drop off and pick up time 10:00 am OR  5:00 pm only

Please respect this policy and plan accordingly. Daycare Dogs that are not picked up on time will be charged $5.00 for every fifteen minutes that you are late. Boarding dogs that are not picked up on time will be charged for a full night.

Cancellation

Please allow a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Dogs that are staying for more than 3 nights are required to make a nonrefundable 25% deposit at the time of reservation. This will go towards your balance.
